“Instead of a thousand words,
Better just one,
One that brings peace.
Instead of a thousand verses,
Better just one,
One that shows beauty.
Instated of thousand songs,
Better just one,
One that spreads joy.”
As the head of the institution, my vision is to make people seek peace with them and with the rest of the world and this would be possible only through discipline. Discipline not forced, but imbibed through values well reflected by our living legend, Meena Aunty.
In retrospect, I see that all my days have been perfect. My parents’ love and care and my teachers’ guidance that helped me to follow my dreams, all seemed to follow a script already written. These very people instilled in me values that I hope to instill in every student who walks in through the portals of our school.
To be free implies choosing one’s own path and one step can change destiny. I ask you to follow your dreams, unmindful of the obstacles ahead and things will fall in place at the right moment. Be a choice maker, not a consequence receiver. If you falter, do not lose heart, but remember what John Lennon once said: Life is what happens when you’re too busy making plans.
As a young sapling is nurtured to bear fruit, the ingenuity of our wards is nurtured to bear fruit of its own.
God bless everybody!
